Terms & Cancellations

These terms apply to all sessions and services provided by Shaili Jagdish Sutaria, trading as Yoga with Shaili. By booking a session you agree to these terms.

Booking

Sessions can be booked via the booking system on this website. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

For online sessions, a Zoom link will be sent automatically in your confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.

Cancellation & rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, please email shailisutaria01@gmail.com or use the link in your confirmation email.

Cancellation by me

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session, I will give you as much notice as possible and offer either a full refund or a rescheduled session at your preference. I will not charge you any fee in this circumstance.

Health & safety

Yoga involves physical activity. By booking a session you confirm that you are in a suitable physical condition to participate, or that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions to me in advance.

I am not a medical professional. Nothing provided in sessions or on this website constitutes medical advice. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are pregnant, please consult your GP or healthcare provider before attending and inform me before your first session.

You participate in all sessions at your own risk. I will always aim to offer appropriate modifications, but you are responsible for working within your own limits.

Online sessions

For online sessions you are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable space, a stable internet connection, and any equipment needed (such as a yoga mat). I am not responsible for technical issues on your end that affect the session.

If a session is significantly disrupted by technical issues on my end, I will offer a rescheduled session at no additional charge.

Photography & recording

Sessions may not be recorded by clients without my prior written consent. I may occasionally take photos or short videos for my own promotional use — I will always ask your permission before doing so, and you are free to decline.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, and the site design, is the property of Shaili Jagdish Sutaria and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, my liability for any claim arising from sessions or use of this website is limited to the amount paid for the session in question. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
